Echosync – Echosync is a free differential backup software that allows you to synchronize source files and folders on the destination. The differential backup feature only detects changes (since the last backup) and then backs up. Thus, the speed of the backup process increases automatically.

There are 4 different timing options. You can sync files that are modified, deleted, new items added, or moved or renamed from their original location. You can choose from all four sync options, or choose any of them to suit your needs. You can first compare the source and target files and then start the backup and sync process. You just need to create a profile, set the source and destination locations, and use the sync options to start the backup. You can also create multiple profiles and run the backup process together. This software also comes with command line support. This means that you can add it to the Windows Task Scheduler to customize the scheduled synchronization process.
