The most interesting functions:
- Checking the presentation format. You can set the basic formats for figures, text, graphs in the presentation and in semi-automatic or fully automatic mode see deviations from the specified format and bring everything into compliance.
- Inserting a meeting agenda, which can be used as an automatically synchronized table of contents.
- Inserting geographic maps with a convenient option to edit region parameters via Excel. This turned out to be very convenient, as it allows you to build a mechanism for automatic coloring via "Conditional formatting" from Excel and link the final presentation with the source data. Unfortunately, there is no map of Russia, and maps of the regions of the world where Russia is present are not always up-to-date.
- A set of functions with additional alignment and size adjustment options. In general, they are quite simple and ordinary, but we can highlight the "Align in Matrix" function, the implementation of which is rarely encountered. "Align in Matrix" allows you to distribute the selected number of figures in an ordered matrix, for example, arrange 9 text blocks in the form of a 3x3 matrix.
